Anthony completed his studies in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the EXPRO Institute, and his studies at the School of Chefs at the San Ignacio de Loyola University in Lima, Peru. He has had international opportunities as a guest chef in Osaka Buenos Aires, where he was able to expand his knowledge and perfect culinary techniques.
Anthony started at the Westin Lima Hotel in the banquet area, to later develop in our Maras Restaurant as Sous-Chef and today, as Executive Chef.
Julian began his professional career at Hotel Paracas, a Luxury Collection Resort, to later reside in Brazil, where he acquired knowledge of the hotel industry and perfected his Sommelier techniques.
Since 2022 Julian has been working as Sommelier at the Maras restaurant and is responsible for our exquisite selection of wines and for managing the restaurant's cava.
